Dear Joe,

​When Janet and I decided to do a pretty extensive remodeling job on our house last Fall, my first and biggest concern was to find the right person/company to act as our General Contractor and to do most of the work. We had heard many horror stories about contractors in the area and I was determined to avoid becoming another story on that list. I asked around for some advice and a friend recommended that we talk with you. Turns out that was my lucky day!!

From the beginning of the job until the final completion, Janet and I were extremely impressed with your communications with us, your planning for each days activities, your diligence, your attention to  detail, your work ethic and the VERY HIGH QUALITY of your work. Perhaps the biggest testament to the you is that one of the sub contractors came to me and said that he had never worked with a crew that came to work each day with such a good plan and then worked hard all day to implement it. That's a pretty high praise!

Joe, because of your excellent work Janet and I have become a "story" on a much shorter list. We are at the top the the list for those in Pagosa who are extremely pleased with the work done by their contractor/builder. It have been a pleasure working with you and we wish you much success in the future!
